By accessing or using Zinovo AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.
Description of Service
Zinovo AI provides an AI-powered workspace including chat, content generation, translation, summarization, and other productivity tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Zinovo AI for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include: generating harmful, deceptive, or illegal content; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems; using the service to harass or harm others; and reselling or redistributing access without authorization.
Intellectual Property
Zinovo AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our tools, subject to our right to use anonymized data to improve the service.
Payment and Subscriptions
Some features of Zinovo AI require payment. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Zinovo AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
